Meet The Team

Sav Arnold
Sav is a Labour and Postpartum Doula as well as a Childbirth Educator. In university she studied Film and Popular Culture, and though starting her career there, she switched gears professionally when she became a Mom. Wanting the flexibility of being at home and still working creatively, Sav fell easily into entrepreneurial life. After working on several small businesses from her home office, she settled into creating a life by design and helping others do the same through her wellness business with Arbonne. The transition into motherhood also sparked her interest in Doula work, with its focus of supporting women and families through the most influential chapter of their lives, transitioning into parenthood.

From there her passion for supporting women grew! Now her focus is on Community first; building women up, building women together, and sharing in a greater world through our collaboration. Constantly learning and growing, she is passionate about creating a space where everyone feels safe and at home. She encourages self love and growth, through gathering to heal together. She promotes a new era of Open Womanhood, where we learn together through shared experience. In creating Sisterhood Rising, her hope is to usher in a Tribe of strong, passionate, and divinely connected women, the Visionaries to lead us into collective growth.
Cheyenne is mom to a one year old, wife to her high school sweetheart of 12 years, aspiring author and avid coffee drinker. She considers herself a ‘forever student’ intuitively following her interests. This has led Cheyenne’s professional career across a broad spectrum with a dive into culture and literature during her Bachelor’s degree at Brock University. At Brock Cheyenne had the opportunity to study Psychology, History, English and Spanish while being an active sister and executive council member of her sorority. Upon returning to her hometown Cheyenne decided to pursue a career in holistic medicine and received a Diploma in Massage Therapy. Studying Massage Therapy fuelled her passion for nurturing others, reinforced her belief in the interplay between the mind and body and marked the beginning of deep personal growth. Cheyenne then had the opportunity to work in an Ophthalmology clinic where she developed a greater understanding of modern medicine, the fundamental aspect of preventative care and the dire need to empower society to take a more active role in their health.
Throughout her career one thing has remained the same; her deep desire for knowledge, connection to people and the Earth. This has more recently led her into spiritual study, astrology, tarot, yoga and simple living. Upon becoming a mom Cheyenne came to know the reverence and healing potential of the divine feminine. She hopes to empower women to nurture themselves and to live a life of intention and passion.
